Tracy joined Network in early 2021 to provide direction and executive vision and ensure strong alignment with the company’s Member Distributors. As a member of the executive team, Tracy also participates in setting the company’s overall growth strategy.
Tracy comes to Network a veteran of the distribution industry. With more than 40 years of experience he has held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, sales management, and organizational management. Most recently he served as Chief Operating Officer of Pollock Paper (Orora), a Network Member based in Dallas, Texas. In his more than 23 year tenure with Pollock, Tracy played a fundamental role in execution of key strategies that drove efficiency and business growth. A strong ally in supplier partnership, Tracy actively participated in a number of Supplier Advisory Councils throughout the years.
Tracy is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

What are your professional drivers?
I enjoy helping Network in total, but especially Network Members. Happy, healthy, prosperous distributors are the lifeblood of Network, and anything I can do to help that is exciting.

The entire body of work in 40+ years in the industry and the relationships through the years.
Who are you outside of work?
For many years I supported our local booster clubs, serving as president of baseball boosters. Now that stage of life has ended but I still enjoy ball games and golf tournaments, especially with the family. I’m thankful to have my family around, I really enjoy relaxing at the lake, and when the mood hits, doing handy man work.
