Katie has overall responsibility for Human Resources, including all organizational development, talent acquisition, employment matters, benefit and incentive compensation plans, and office operations. She joined Network in 2017.
For more than 25 years, Katie has led the development of HR strategy for various organizations while progressively elevating the role of human resources as a trusted business partner. As a member of the senior leadership team and advisor to the CEO, she provides the professional balance between what is right for the company and what is right for the employees.
Katie is a graduate of Mount St. Clare College and received certifications from University of Chicago Booth School of Business in Personal Leadership Insight and Human Resources Leadership. She is also on the board of Open Heart Magic, a non-profit providing bedside magic and entertainment therapy to children in Chicago area hospitals.

What are your professional drivers?
The associates of Network and all of our constituents makes me get up in the morning! At Network we have created a culture that attracts and retains the best and the brightest. Our culture provides a learning and growing environment where associates have the capabilities to excel for our Member Distributors and customers. And we have FUN!
Who are you outside of work?
Outside of work I like spending time with my family who are almost all Chicago based. We have multi generations who enjoy spending time together traveling, playing, going to live music and doing all things Chicago. I am also on the board of Open Heart Magic, a non-profit providing bedside magic and entertainment therapy to children in Chicago area hospitals.
