Network improves lives and creates value by enabling local, regional, and global businesses to be their best

Designed to Deliver

Network is a global distribution organization

For over 50 years, Network has created supply management solutions that help customers source, order and receive products needed to keep business running. We balance centralized control, delivering efficiencies and standardization of your inventory and corporate spend with providing unmatched service and expertise at a local level.

Our company was founded in a spirit of collaboration that stands today. In November 1968, a group of seven business owners created a distribution partnership, allowing them to increase their reach and provide products and services to large, regional customers. As a collective force, they expanded to servicing national accounts and grew into the Network of today.

Our strategic alliances with best-in-class manufacturers, progressive suite of technology, the integrity of our people, and our superior customer service are only some of the strengths that drive Network to deliver what matters most.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Network believes the best ideas come to life when unique perspectives and talented people work together. We believe diversity and inclusion strengthen our workforce, maximize our ability to serve our customers, and allows us to be a leader in our industry.

IDEA, Network’s D&I initiative, is a group of Associate volunteers who come together to affect systemic change within our workplace. We are committed to fostering and preserving a culture of inclusion, diversity, equity, and awareness (IDEA) by respecting our differences, challenging our bias, cultivating critical thinking, and enabling the courage each of us may need to be our authentic selves at Network. IDEA organizes events and activities that inform, educate, and engage to foster a supportive corporate culture.

At Network, we welcome all forms of diversity including race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, and sexual orientation as well as diversity of thoughts, experiences, and skills. Our key to success and to creating the best work environment possible, is to bring together individuals with different ideas, backgrounds, and perspectives to give them a voice and make an impact.  We are dedicated to building a diverse workforce, equitable climate, and an inclusive workplace that values the uniqueness and contributions of all of our associates – where each of us can bring 100% of ourselves to work every day.

sustainable distribution solutions

Sustainability

As global citizens, we all have a responsibility to care for the environment and conserve resources. Working toward a more sustainable future makes sense for our business, society, and the planet. Network is driven to offer green products and solutions, while continually moving forward with new ways to work for our customers, partners and community.

Enacting sustainable business practices is a proactive effort. As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Network has LEED Accredited Professionals on staff to monitor sustainability trends and stay aligned with our supplier initiatives. Reducing our ecological footprint is a priority throughout the organization. This includes the use of local fleets with optimized routing for reduced carbon emissions, local sourcing, recycling and energy conservation programs, data center efficiency, e-business transactions, and the use of EnergyStar® certified office equipment.

We believe that innovation can improve both business and the environment concurrently. Network partners with the best suppliers in the industry to provide innovative, emerging, and responsible products. To meet these needs we work to source and provide items manufactured with sustainable raw materials and packaged to eliminate waste. Our selection of safer chemical and cleaning products continually grows, responding to the demand for high-performance products designed and made without hazardous chemicals.

Our future depends on the health of our environment, and Network will continue to take action to reduce our carbon footprint and make sustainable choices, while empowering our partners to do the same.
