Network Distribution Appoints Katie Snider Chief Human Resource Officer

Snider joined Network in 2017 as Vice President of Human Resources and has played a pivotal role on the leadership team throughout her tenure. She has led the development and execution of a business and culture transformation that dramatically improved employee engagement scores and earned the organization a spot on “Chicago’s Best and Brightest to Work for”, several years running. Among a litany of accomplishments, Katie tackled the long running challenge of the COVID-19 crisis with great care, compassion, and professionalism. She led a cross-functional team that launched Network’s flexible work initiatives, swiftly enabling remote work while maintaining productivity, engagement, and health.
