Schaumburg, IL and Alpharetta, GA – December 30, 2025 – Network Distribution (“Network”) and Packaging Distributors of America (“PDA”), leading providers of supply chain solutions in the packaging industry, today announced the intent to combine organizations into a single, national platform.
The strategic combination will make a meaningful difference through the supply chain as the packaging landscape continues to experience a rapid pace of change. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.
