Natalie has over thirty years of sales and sales management experience in the cleaning industry. She spent her first two decades with a major chemical manufacturer in roles of increasing sales responsibility, achieving the position of Vice President and cultivating her innate ability to foster the teamwork and relationships that drive successful business results.
Natalie joined Network in 2007 as a Corporate Account Director, Healthcare. She was promoted to Vice President of Business Development in the segment where she built the organization’s successful approach to segmented selling. Under her leadership, Healthcare grew to become Network’s largest segment and in 2017, her responsibilities and expertise expanded to include the Hospitality segment.
Natalie was named Chief Sales Officer in 2022 where she leads a team of sales professionals in navigating the complex landscape of selling at the corporate level.
Natalie is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford OH, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She is a student of business literature and is particularly interested in team building and the power of positivity.

My passion is building and developing high performance sales teams. Together, we build on best practices and get stronger and smarter each year.
Share a professional accomplishment of which you are particularly proud.
I feel especially proud of the sales teams I have built over my career, the Healthy Measures program I co-created at Network, and the strong leadership position that the Network sales team has earned within the industry and among our customers and suppliers. This kind of success takes decades to build. I’m extremely proud to have invested in both the work and the relationships that have stood the test of time.
Who are you outside of work?
I spend as much time as possible outside in the sunshine with my family, friends, and dogs! Koda and Gizmo have become LinkedIn fan favorites😊 My husband of 32 years and I met in high school, and both graduated from Miami of OH. We love exploring the world together and share these adventures with as many members of our family as possible. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, while riding my bike through nature, or reading a book on my porch.
